Collectively, our team has led hundreds of TM retreats across the Bay Area and the United States, including retreats for the general community, and also customized retreats for companies, government organizations, and special groups.

Laurent

Laurent learned TM as a student at UC Berkeley, and has been teaching it for 25 years. He is the Executive Director of the Center for Wellness and Achievement in Education which develops meditation programs for public schools, and CEO of Peak Leadership, a corporate leadership consultancy. He believes that retreats provide the most effective environment to accelerate the growth of meditation benefits.

Noah

Noah has been practicing TM since the age of 4 and teaching it for the past 17 years. He enjoys leading meditation retreats because he likes meeting new people and helping them deepen their meditation practice. When he`s not meditating, he enjoys hiking, scuba diving and traveling with his wife and daughter.

Laura

Laura has been working for 8 years as a certified TM instructor. Her roles include community outreach, development, and retreat management. A community builder at heart, Laura is passionate about bringing people together in areas that impact positive social change. She has been meditating for twelve years and shares that her practice has established a deep sense of inner peace and sense of “coming home” to Self.

Matthew

Matthew has been meditating since 2006. Ever since then, he has been on the path of self-realization. He has been devoted to inspiring others to break their boundaries and develop their inner potential. His teaching is fun, inspiring, and compassionate.
